Walaupun ini bukan projek Malaysia, gangguan operasi dan kerja penyelenggaraan ini menunjukkan permintaan berterusan untuk kontraktor trackwork, tamping, dan pengurusan laluan semasa kerja infrastruktur rel.

The majority of train services at Liverpool Lime Street will be affected by track work this Sunday, 8th November.
Ballast work and tamping will take place at Mossley Hill, a major railway area on the approach to Liverpool Lime Street.
The station will remain open, especially as Merseyrail trains will be unaffected, but it will mean fewer trains can use the station.
Avanti West Coast says that trains will be diverted via Earlestown on their way to/from Liverpool, and an amended timetable will be in use.
Other operators will see trains terminate early. East Midlands Railway says that no trains will run beyond Sheffield; Northern will run trains between Hunts Cross and Manchester Oxford Road; London Northwestern Railway will run to Liverpool South Parkway; and TransPennine Express will only run to Warrington Central.
Where trains are terminating early, rail replacement buses may be in operation depending on your operator, or ticket acceptance will be in place on alternative services.
“With less than a week until these essential railway improvements take place, we’re encouraging passengers to check National Rail Enquiries in advance and understand how services will be affected this Sunday.”
“We know there is never an ideal time to close the railway, so I’d like to thank people for their patience while we make these important improvements at Mossley Hill. We’re working closely with train operators and Merseyrail to provide alternative travel options and get people to where they need to be.”
